CPS respects your right to privacy and will process personal information that you provide to us in accordance the with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 including to inform you that our privacy policy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The information collected and how it is used

CPS operates an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is certified to ISO 27001, providing control and assurance overall of our information systems and the data therein, including personal data.

CPS collects personal information when we do business with you or when you submit it to us via our website. We may use your information to provide you with information and services and to market our products and services to you.

When you visit the CPS website, the web server collects some basic information such as your browser type, IP address, internet service provider’s domain name, which pages you accessed on the site, and when. CPS’s  use this information to provide you with relevant information when you visit our website, to maintain the quality of the website and to analyse use of the website to help guide improvements. Personally identifiable information is not collected automatically, only where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you.

If you register for alerts and brochures, register for conferences or contact us via the website, you will need to provide your name, organisation and email address. This information will be held and will be accessed by CPS for administration of the service. The information will not be used for any other purpose; it will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties. By submitting this information, you consent to this use of your name, organisation and email address.

We will keep your data until you tell us to delete it. If you wish to unsubscribe to any service or to ask us to delete your data, you can do so at any time by emailing marketing@cps.world to inform us.

Third-party use of information

Except as described above, CPS will disclose, sell or rent your personal information to any third party unless you have explicitly consented to this. If you do consent but later change your mind, you may contact CPS to ask for any such activity to stop.
